Helping out The Duke of Edinburgh’s Hillary Award

Here’s a way for us to do a good turn for another top-notch youth organisation…

The Duke of Edinburgh’s Hillary Award has just been selected by Sovereign Sunshine as a worthy not-for-profit, and now need our votes – the more votes they receive, the more funding they get. Easy!

I have a soft-spot for this fab bunch of people because I hold the Duke of Edinburgh’s Gold Award. Plus we work together during the year at the Award ceremonies for the Hillary Award and Queen’s Scout and Guide Awards.

So please take a moment to click here to give them a vote (you need to register, but that’s easy peasy), before noon 31 December.

Thanks! 🙂

Hi  Everyone,
You’ve received this email as you are in my address book so I’ve had email contact with you.
The Duke of Edinburgh’s Hillary Award has just been selected by Sovereign Sunshine as a registered charity under their Children’s Sports, Recreation and  Arts category
We need people to vote for us – the more votes the more funding we will receive from Sovereign Sunshine.
We would appreciate your support in this.
Register to place your vote for us.  We have until midday on Friday 31 December 2010.
Please let all your friends know too, that would be great.
Thank you.
Regards
Cindy

Stu, your link fails (it’s concatenated with your own site’s address)

Might also be worth saying you need to register to vote
